2001 - 2003

Michael F. Foley was named President and COO of Reflexite, as a part of the company's long-term CEO succession process. As a part of its continuing "Management of Light" business strategy, the company creates Reflexite Display Optics; a business unit devoted to the sale of optical films to the LCD flat panel display industry. The Reflexite Optical Solutions Business - the custom optics business - was also created.

2005 - 2006

Bill Rowland officially retires from the company, but remains a member of the Board, Emeritus. He still contributes to technical projects at Reflexite. Michael F. Foley is elected to succeed Cecil Ursprung as the third CEO of Reflexite Corporation. Cecil Ursprung assumes the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. 

2007 - 2008

The Wall Street Journal names Reflexite one of the Top 15 Small Workplaces in the United States two years in a row. The award recognizes companies that have built workplace environments that encourage collegiality and professional growth, and provide an atmosphere and benefits that make their employees want to stay. The company was recognized for its ability to share a commitment in valuing, trusting, and respecting employee-owners, and viewing them as the key to achieving business success.
