For car transporters the side is usually relatively easy to mark up, with a horizontal line marking. Top corners are in most cases not possible.

The rear is more complicated, but the solution can be to make a rear coutour with marking of the vertical lines and the upper horizontal line. If the vehicle constrution does not allow for the marking due a lack of width to apply it to, it can be an option to rivet on a corner aluminum frame (see photo) and apply the conspicuity tape to this.
