Rail Conspicuity Tape
Reflexite conspicuity tape meets Federal Regulation Part FRA 224 for reflective tape on rail cars.
According to the Federal Railroad Administration, regulation part FRA 224: Retroreflective sheeting applied pursuant to this part shall be yellow, fluorescent yellow, or white as specified by the chromaticity coordinates of ASTM International's Standard D 4956-04, "Standard Specification for Retroreflective Sheeting for Traffic Control." Retroreflective sheeting must be applied in strips 4" wide and 18" or 36" long. Material can be applied either vertically or horizontally on freight cars only.
