Leo joined Reflexite in 2003 as a member of the product development team in Avon, CT.  In 2007, Leo joined the Capabilities / R&D team as a result of his passion and vision for technological innovations.  Leo is drawn to new ideas and thinks from a fresh perspective. His natural curiosity leads him into a wide range of areas to try to solve opportunities. Leo’s experience and abilities have led to a wide range of new products cutting across all three of our primary market segments.
