Productions Manager OEM Product Lines
Katrin joined Fresnel Optics GmbH (now Reflexite Energy Solutions – Europe) in November 1994. She has a final examination as a graduate in Business Administration. Katrin started as an assistant to the management team. In 1996 she attained QMB certification for ISO 9001. In addition to her ISO position, Katrin worked in several different departments during the mid-late 1990’s.
At the beginning of 2000 she started to supervise production for our new OEM product lines. Since August 2004 Katrin has been our Production Manager – OEM Products. With her team of approximately 40 highly skilled workers, Katrin manages several million Euros of OEM production with a strong diversified and highly technical product range. Under Katrin’s leadership, the team has achieved high levels of customer satisfaction in the manufacture and on-time delivery of specialized high quality products for our customers!
