Mary joined Reflexite in 2007 with full responsibility for our European Customer Service Operations. In 2009 when Reflexite needed a manager for our manufacturing facility in Ireland, we turned not to an expert in machines and processes, but to a champion of customer service. Because Mary thinks like a customer, it has given us tremendous insight into how we can enhance the customer experience even more than we do today. By relentlessly breaking down barriers and by exceeding our customer’s expectations, our Irish business has delivered excellent service and complaints statistics.
