Julie joined Reflexite in 2004 as an Operations Supervisor.   Although Julie did not have manufacturing experience she did have leadership experience as a Squadron Section Commander in the United States Air Force.  Julie graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering.  While at Reflexite she has continued to take on additional responsibilities to include:  Facilities, Film Engineering, and Molding Production & Engineering and was eventually promoted to Operations Manager.  Because of Julie’s strong leadership skills she has been able to implement process improvements and work effectively across the organization.  As part of the Reflexite Energy Solutions Americas Leadership Team Julie has been an integral part of improvement and success in the business.
