Production Methods
Our polymer processing encompasses a variety of manufacturing methods and equipment to enable us to achieve our customers' requirements and cost targets. Our processes include Compression Molding, Injection Molding, Coining, and High Precision Molding (HPM) - a proprietary molding process, hand coating and a cleanroom casting process with the ability to provide roll-to-roll structured optics.
Our cleanroom casting process incorporates proprietary resins run on a continuous microstructure loop. The resin is applied to a plastic substrate and brought into intimate contact with the microstructure; the resin is cured and stripped from the microstructure.
