Employee-ownersship (ESOP) was a part of Reflexite's program for many years.
The ESOP was formed in 1985 to transfer stock from the founding brothers to the employees. Over the years, the ESOP program grew to be the largest shareholder in the company and all employee-owners throughout the company were members of the Reflexite ESOP. It was through their ownership in the company that employees participated in the financial rewards of business success, governance of the corporation, and participated in decision making that effected their work lives. Not surprisingly, in 2007 Reflexite was named one of the top 15 small work places in the US.

The ESOP program ended in 2011, when Reflexite became a part of the ORAFOL Group. The ownership culture continues though, as the employees in Reflexite keeps on being driven by the 'Reflexite fever' and a strong sense of ownership towards making the company successful.
